John and his team were awesome! Kept me fully informed throughout the process, never any surprises. Clearly let me know what exactly was needed and the next step. When I requested to move the close date up a full week, no problem. At closing they released funds early and we were in the house within hours. Great customer care. Highly recommend.

He is a very dedicated individual who works for his clients and follows through on every part of the process that is under his purvey. We first met John three plus years ago and completed a refinance on our home that went smoothly with no problems. In 2019 we decided to place our house on the market and again contacted John for our new mortgage needs and he was always there when we had questions or needed advice. Our house was sold in 2020 and John secured a new mortgage for us at a great rate and terms. He is an all-around nice guy and you will be extremely pleased with his services.

I had already been pre-qualified through another lender and was set on going through them. Someone gave me John's contact info and I figured I'd give him a shout to see if he cold help me save some money. Not only did he get me a better interest rate and save me THOUSANDS on closing costs, he was the most attentive, patient and available salesperson I have ever worked with. And being in sales my whole career, I can be extra nit-picky about that stuff. John seriously went above and beyond to get me into my home, and I know I didn't make it easy on him, by constantly bombarding him with questions and asking for advice. He always got back to me within 30 minutes regardless of how simple my questions may have been. I have since referred him to friends who have also used his services. Do yourself a favor and reach out to him!

I have a large home and when I purchased it, one of my two loans was mostly interest paying and would have ballooned in another year or two. I had been hoping to find a new solution to re-finance all in a big jumbo loan but my credit was just on the bubble. John responded immediately, and found an amazing possibility that we locked in and moved through a number of pieces to close in a short period of time. As questions came up John always immediately responded with detailed answers, and really broke down the pieces for me so I understood the choices and was able to secure an amazing low-interest loan. I can say my family has great security knowing there is no balloon payment waiting to take away our house some day. Thanks John.
